RAV4 G JPN 2AZFE ATM CVFC 05S

i reset immo ,with t300, rav4 now i cant even program original key back.

original key was weak ,you needed to bring key very near to start car

now am grounded!!

smart ecu says 0 keys programmed

i have another key that i also need to add to this car

before resetting i tried to add but could not ,hence decided to reset immo

had same problem before, problem was a wire in the right (down of passanger in right). found wire cuted.

if you get smart ecu virgin dump, you will get ignition on and after proceed to register key. unfortunately I do not have this virgin file

is it possible to write a normal transponder 67 to put ignition on on this car

I do not know when I learned the key early work only remote.
Then put the key in the ignition button and learned transponder. My key was brand new!

smart ecu, id code ecu, steering lock ecu and after you need to synch with engine ecu. I would try to get first smart ecu, copy virgin data. once you have smart ecu with virgin file, ignition should come on...

both smart keys you have can be cloned in to tpx2 as well. if you take out dump from id code ecu, someone can add key data in, then you should be able to get ignition on when keep the key with toyota logo against start button

there is no other way, id code ecu is behind evaporator box, place is very tight, cannot access otherwise.

i suggest you add the original key car came with in id code ecu and make sure key battery is good (better just put a new one to be on safe side)

Hello Automatemad, for your car this is the understanding. There are basically four components necessary namely the id code box, Cert. ECU, the Steering lock ECU and the Smart key. To fix your car, all you need is a virgin file for the Cert Ecu and Id code box, you do not need the Steering lock ecu dump at all. If you have those two you will be able to program any key to your car. In the absence of the 2 aforementioned, you will need to clone the 3 units above. But before cloning, you must first add your own key to the donor car, having the ignition on as you have now without using virgin files for the Cert ecu and Id box or the donor Steering lock ecu with the other 2units dumps is merely a charade....won't work bro.
