i have a dashboard were somebody did a very smart
job on so he wrecked the dash.
the dump is complettely wecked.
can anybody help me with a complete dump of a similar dashboard?

maybe i can restore it then to be functional again

Virgin dump attached (and with 0 km).
Just make and adaptation using VCDS and set km.
