immo Fiat Punto IAW 59F.M2 HW002

Hi,
I need the immo off for , the ecu IAW 59F.M2 HW002, I have been looking in the forum, but I can not read the dump.
I've tried Galletto (not read) and KWP2000 (only data).
Does it have to read boot mode? or I have to read some eprom.

dont solder any wires there!! you will desolder the very fine wires that go to the eprom die.

what was meant above is to use pins - i.e solder wires to pins put the pins through something that will hold them still, then press all the pins against the eprom pads and read/write.
