I have a big problem, Help me please

The situation is:

I have a renault megane classic 2006 1.4 16V with A/C, but the MCU: MC68HC705B32 from UCH is burnt The technician changed this component for another new with dump "all FF",



The key is ok and the ECU EMS3132 is OK, but we don't have the old dump

We only have the VIN number 9FBLA0W0F6L820845

How can we obtain a dump file for the MCU and to work with the same key

Your vin number is garbage = VF1 ******............. look in windscreen!
