Laguna II needles yumping

Hello i have problem with Laguna dash. Needles are yumping up and down.... sometimes sometimes work good.

Probably faulty MCU.

I make movie with my iphone :) and put it on youtube.
Hm can i somehow repair that ...damnit i resolder mcu ... but yumping stay :S
What only way to fix is to costumer buy new cluster ?
