Been having a similar problem with several people. The Mrs went & picked up exactly the same shit I bought her.
Managed to find one of those tassimo coffee maker things. She likes her coffee. Cost more for the bloody packets that go in it than it did for the machine.
This is on top of what my dad did last month. The most difficult person to buy for...if he wants something he goes out & gets it. Picked up some cups that are identical to camera lenses. He only goes & buys some himself a few weeks back.

I would give her money in an envelope but that?s so impersonal. So I bought her lots of clothes that won't fit or she won't like and she can get the money back and buy something she likes.
