You can use any Bosch EDC15P ecu, you need only proper flash and eeprom dump.

my car is from 2002. I swapped the engine for AJM. I choose to flash the ecu

Assuming the car is a golf 4 this (038906019CJ) is the only ECU listed for that year and engine code so it must be immo3.

I tried this is Immo2

what is you car ? golf bora ? passat ? year ?
buy used ecu ,and set eprom to virgin state

if passat must editing vin in eprom teeth there was no problem with the dash
or used vag can 1.4 for immo off
