toyota picnic 97 ecu change

helllo i have a toyota picnic 97 model the ecu has been damaged i changed it but i have to learn the new one usually we have to make a connection btw the pin 4 and pin 13 for the obd for 30 minutes but this car have the old toyota socket can anybody help me to know where does i have to do the wire on this socket or how to learn the ecu cuz the car start and stop

take the relevant chips off the old one and solder to the replacement job done?

its not working i tried it usually there is a manual way to learn the ecu and some times to learn the same ecu after some problems in the car but i dont know what is this way on this toytota socket

it should work after removing eeprom from old ecu & solder to new ecu see weather your r using correct part no ecu.

usually the old ecu was damaged cuz of the water also i dont know where it is but i am sure it s the same nb also for sure there is a way to learn the ecu same of highlander or toytota avensis so any help pls? thank u
