I was having problems with Tech Tool, everytime I would try and open it I would get a message saying Tech Tool is already running, I looked in the processes in the task manager and couldn't see anything vaguely resembling tech tool, volt, volvo etc running.
So I uninstalled Tech Tool and ran the tech tool clean up tool after the uninstall, I then used Ccleaner to do a registry fix and ran the cleaner.
I then tried to re-install Tech Tool but halfway through the installation I get this message " Installation of communication server and diagnostic communication have failed: Error code -1. Setup will now abort".
Anyone any ideas on what is happening.
