500s no display

Please help me...my dreambox 500s working fine but only radio.
But TV cannot display picture..whats wrong.And what should i do.

welcome to dk,have you checked your cables are in and secure and are you on the radio channel list?and not on the tv channel list,happens a lot pressing wrong button.
