I have a BMW E39 530D M57 DDE4.0 193HP 2002 Manual

I need a nice original file of 193 hp and a tuned file .. but something verified please ... and, if possible, and how HP is arrived new file .

I have problems with it ... The car does not pull air flow meter at all. And the air flow meter off the car pulls much better ... wrong about this situation as far as I know. I tried with another flow meter used and the same thing. I want to rewrite the ECU with a original file and then tuned to see how the act ...
I need to disconnect the board when I read / write tab galetto 1260?
