Hi my channels do not work atm I have tried everything :D
I have seen one post that doing a factory reset will mean the channels will not work again and I would need to contact the person I got it from
is this true

factory reset will erase all info sats included and any dish settings you have done and erase channel data,a rescan overwrites the old setting with new channel settings. if dish has moved you wont scan channels.

give us more info mate and we will try and help,What box do you have (the exact model) and why did you do a factory reset? you will be able to get all the FTA back yourself.

yh mate I have got the FTA channels thats it My model is TM 500 super. I choose to factory reset because my channels were all blank apart from FTA. I tried everything re scan etc. Then I choose to factory reset and still no luck
need help asap

one other question- you know when you got your motorised dish ready on 19.2e do you also need a type of card to watch football 3pm matches??

just so you know in future a factory reset itself does no harm to your tm but it clears the memory so it's always best to do backup's of all settings and channellist before doing a factory reset.with some models you have to do a factory reset to make sure it keeps running right for cccam with firmware updates but always backup all info first.
did the box come precofigured to you with paychannels open ?
Then you will have to contact person that sold you the box.
