What is your problem with a calculation of this?
it is a regular VDO Semiens algo like Porsche or benz, just divide the Value into two

Sorry for disturbing mate, although Explorer Dash and expedition has the same dash, but I think the dump is different
Car is working good but the Fuel and Temp gauge reading is very High, "Data Error" also displayed in dash

Any body who has a dump file for Expedition (93C86)?

i use the tacho pro with the dongle 93cxx use the port 0 reads correctly , dump 117,000 to 180000, work sucesufull, read the eeprom show s the new miles correct, but after plug in back the cluster in the ford explorer continue show it the old miles, i need to remove the eeprom from the cluster and reprogramm outside, or i need to do via obd, please let me know

maybe port 0 on tacho pro doesnt configure right to the PE pin. THE 93C86 has a DI serial data input pin3 DO serial data output pin4 PE program enable pin7

but most times u need only 6 wires to program u know ur vss and vcc are good , so issue is with pins 1-4 , check port config as tacho is funny with port use the wrong one and its history. i would believe its port 1.
good luck
