fitting a new heater fan motor 05 scenic

Just discovered the fan motor is faulty as it goes if i wiggle the connection right were it goes into the fan, question is how do i replace it

the most common fault on these is the resistor plug melting and causing a bad connection,renault supply a modified loom and new resistor although i usually remove the plug and clean/tighten connectors and this does the job too,
The easiest way to access this plug is to remove the instrument cluster and look down to the right hand side of the heater box and you'll see the black plug there,its a little bit tight on the arm but you will get it out and to pull it out enough to clean you will have to remove the 2 pin plug from the motor.
