Your Xprog is crashed, need swap new controller Atmega64

That mcu should read like a charm. Check your cables, connections etc. Try different latency setting in usb/com properties.
I had similar problem but with 9s12 in EZS from W211. 10 attempts and maybe 50% passing the veryfication.

Tha best way to read with xprog-m clone is by rs232 and a good 12V power supply. But verify just working good sometimes. One solution is read, wait one minute and then verify. The best solution is read 4 times and compare the files.
