Heard rumors of a 775hp 2450lbft calibration for ISX. If anyone has it can I get a copy, possibly for signature, cm570, cm870 and cm871. Thanks

They had a marine version running at 1000 hp, but could not keep head gaskets in it for any length of time above 650.

You wont get far with power generation calibrations, the 735 powergen calibration was for the GCS and PCC controllers only

yeh cattle carters over here had them running at 725hp pulling quad roadtrains but couldnt keep gearboxes up to them so had to shut them back down to 620hp for warranty, think it was a trial aswell because it was back when signatures first came out, dont think they had many problems with the actual motors just the transmissions couldnt handle it.

all I think is possible in 871 is 66o hp ,Ive done couple months ago ,but in cm870 not too safe up 630, cli head and pistons fried , also up to 2700 rpms Ive seen turbos and piston rod damage , up romp get 180krpm also 187krpm is limit we get , after that violet in caracas is the start of a bigg problem......is just my experience

yeh i think these big horsepower cals were done on cm570 because it was on the early signature engines. But series I signature had alot of problem with blowing up due to no oil drilling on number 2 main journal on the crank i think, i know volvo F/NH15 were blowing up all over the road when they first came out with the signatures in them. But many of those problems were rectified by cummins and the series II came not long after. Series II were alot better, same engine but stronger. Not sure bout the later ones CM870/871/2250

the cummins boys over here said that they are here. but to get them there is a lot of bullshit because cummins will not wrant the engine if it blow up
