cITROEN RELAY 3 KEY PROBLEM

I bought a zed-bull clone with software 5.08 and my friend give me key from his broken van citroen relay 3 2008 to test if zed-bull can reuse (UNLOCK) ID48 Megamos crypto2. few months later he told me that he have a parts for van and ask me if I still have a key for that.

Key is unlocked now and I manage to get pin code for program it back to BSI.

I use lexia, enter pin number, go to key adaptation and car cannot recognise the key.
I try to clear errors from memory but still the same
I don't know if transponder is not precoded now or something is wrong with the car.

my zed-bull version doesn't have a option for precoding id48 citroen keys

car been sitting for over a year on the yard and maybe something else is faulty

And all numbers the same after and before unlock ID48.

I don't know if that function working on the clone.


Please help me sort that, or maybe anybody can sell me precoded transponder ready for OBD2 coding

Hi i may be wrong here but have you checked the under bonnet fuse box? go under bonnet and turn the fuse box over and undo the plugs and check for corrosion, as just last week i had key issue with one and i checked the under bonnet fuse box and the plugs was corroded, changed the fuse box and it was sweet, this was a 58 plate hire van, just a quick suggestion

But in zed-bull I can only unlock ID48
and calculate PIN from BSI dump.



I will take magneti BSI off in Monday and post dump.
Is there is any tool I can buy to help me precode ID48 transponders?

How do u read 95160 ? Do u have adapter or u solder wires directly ?
