Freq for leaking the eeprom. you must do the reading and then programmed again. my pure batch upload and program everything from scratch PP2000 PIN etc. tested work 100%

Use Lexia 3 for BSI programing routine.

usualy if your secand hand BSI good , whene you change the eeprom 95160 the car start and all works good.
but samtimes must you reprog the BSI and all options of the car.
is not neccessary to writte the file "berlingo virg" just learn the keys, writte VIN number, telecode BSI with option which exsite in your car. and your car start.

If I understand correctly these types of your BSI have quite many algo's, consequently different locations of VIN/PIN in the dump. That answers why just changing eeprom not working if the two are with different version. The most practical way is to virginise the new BSI and use PPS (Lexia). Or try to move both D76F0018GJ and 95160

Too late upload my post, barti122 is correct.

Never done berlingo but only some PG206 with the same NEC MCU, don't know that they are the same. Why not try the one above.

Is your BSI looked like this
