Just wanted to let everyone know, 360 console repairs are still coming back unable to connect with Live.
I have had this issue since my RROD in March. If this happens to you do your best to get this issue escalated, regular support had know idea about this issue. Apparently some consoles with board replacements do not get scanned into the system properly... Remember it takes 2 months for Microsoft to figure this out.
