DESCRIPTION
When launching Java programs, the "Unable to launch the application" message may appear.

Programs such as ServiceMaxx, Diamond Logic Builder use Java to function on all machines.
For the programs to work correctly, Java 6 update 10 must be installed on the machine. It is not recommended that any Java past update 10 be installed on the machine for all the programs to function at their best. If you have a newer version of Java past update 10, it is recommended that it be uninstalled
Steps to take if you receive an ***8220;Unable to Launch***8221; error when clicking on program icons from Desktop
A.Open Java Cache viewer (Start->Run --Type "Javaws -viewer" click OK) Right click on the program giving you problems->Click Delete
B.Go to the website of the program you deleted and Launch the program so it is on the machine again
