Arnova 9 g2 problems

Got my partner one of these for Xmas anyway today's the day she opened it and went in to it's apps thing appslib but it won't let her install anything it says no memory free it has 8 gig built in and a 16 gig memory card inserted I've tried moving the built in apps to the memory card to free up space but I'm still getting the same error have any of you and this problem tried googling it but seems there are a few with the same problem.
