The ECU is newer than I thought. I think the ecu is a bosch MEV17.2. 3 connectors on ECU (A=32 pins, B+C=53pins).
I havent read one of these before. I think its a tricore ECU. See this thread (http://www.digital-kaos.co.uk/forums/f173/reading-writing-psa-mev17-4-infineon-tricore-218790/) for more information on what tool you need to read it.

Is the mask on the MCU inside the CAS? I will post picture of connection points. Dont desolder it.

What do you mean "Is the mask on the MCU inside the CAS?"
The MCU is 9S12XDP512.
The software of the x-prog has two choices...Eprom and flash.
Which one i choose?
Should i follow the connecting points of the picture in the software?

You need to read eeprom not the flash. I think the mask probably is 0L15Y.
Here is picture of connections and heres what the colors on the points connect to.
Red = VDD
Yellow = XCLKS
Blue = RESET
White = EXTAL
Green = BKGD
Black = GND

You can connect direct onto pins if you prefer. This it an easier way to connect it up.
