ids vcm license, how many caracters ?

I have a rotunda vcm no clone and just renewed the licens f?r 699$
I f?r a activation vore bit when trying to activate it Will only allow for
5 digits input ,my gode are 12 digits or so.
Does it differ from the Old and the New 76 ids activation ?
I havent updatedk to76

V.76 is 20 digits

Yes i might be 20, in groups of 4 , ok Will update ids first and then try again .
