Mercedes Vito 109 95Hp speed limiter remove

Hi.
Van is from 2008 year. Can anybody help to remove speed limiter in this van ?
I have partial read with MPPS.

you can do this easy with star diagnostic, or its stored inside eeprom of ecu

Thanks for reply. Read that in Sprinter with same ECU it can be done with partial read, and thinked that in Vito it can be done too. Have not Star for now, but think I will buy one (dont want to break board, when open the ECU).
Can you tell how to do it with Star ? Is some FAQ in this operation ?

Guy who tried to remove limiter with Star say he can't do it !:bawling:
He make similar Vito from 2008 year without any trouble, but this one limits on 3100 RPM,and he can't clear it. It limits on 3100RPM on all gears, and no DTC stored/
Idents from limit removed by Star is:
PCR40-64x-70T5-639-070kW-43O-0MEF-02-RFV-001_ME02 (20.11.06)

on mine is:
PCR40-64x-70T5-639-070kW-43O-0MEF-02-IAS-002_ME03<gsbrunn> (14.06.2007 15:01:30)

Dumps is very similar, only 75 bit is different. Maybe is limited not only in eeprom, where it can be changed by Star diagnostics ?
I attach ori from second Vito, same 2008 year and done by Star.
Maybe is some another solution ?
