Dump looks bad or possibly virgin. I cant see VIN (Code is normally in 2 bytes before it)

I think that you can only read it from the dashboard and not from the ecu.

Sorted this one guys..

Engine ecu was knackered, so a used ecu with eprom data from original one and readapt it with vas pc ( that made job sooo easy) and car's a runner.

PS. Still would like to know how to get pin from engine controler though..
