Vauxhall/SAAB/Opel EGR emulator

Hello at last managed to make and test (tested on 100 cars - woot) EGR emulator for Opel/SAAB 2.0/2.2 (with electronic diesel control unit PSG16) 2002 --> onwards. Emulator is connected directly to EGR plug and air mass meter. EGR valve remains unplugged for all the time.

+ Advantages of emulator: no more crappy stuff with EGR, a little more power, better fuel economy

- Disadvantages: none at the time.

It work perfect, tested on many Opel cars, but can work and with another makers with Wahler egr valve.

Alot of people struggle with these EGR's... I remember when I used to clean them but usually its temporary fix, also, some of them just was pain to remove - had few of these that you couldn't detach from monifold even with hammer :D New ones cost fortune, and really just makes big mess in manifold and can cause other problems (ofcouse without the EGR it is most likely your car will inrease in NOx emissions)...

Anyway, then I started putting emulators they are easy to install and works fine, no problems with them. I usually buy them from http://www.emulatorshop.com/egr-emulator-En because they are easy to install, there is a plug for the EGR wiring, and you just need to cut and solder Air mass meter signal wire :)

Some people mentioned that "on PSG16 no problem to fit the simple emulator with relay and 2 diodes like in old 2,0 and 2,2 diesels with EDC15M and PSG5"this is a lie, because newer cars and PSG16 checks if EGR is functioning not only through position sensor, but also checks air mass meter signal (actual, nominal values).
