hello,
could someone advise me please on the best compatable homeplugs to use on ps3, for streaming videos from pc to ps3.

get the cheapest you can, any will work

is it best to go for the 200mbps,or will the 85mbps be ok.

You will not see any difference. The 200 will only deliver about 80 maximum anyway.

I would also add that if you can then you should wait until they are available with Wavelet OFDM instead of FFT OFDM. All of the ones currentlly on the market use FFT OFDM and Wavelet is much much better but is only just becoming available.

If you Google real hard then you may just find the first generation of Wavelet chipsets. I saw my first about 2 years ago in prototype form so they should be about to hit the market.

could you not just down load the ps3 media server and use this to stream.

havent tried the ps3 media server yet,
but have already ordered the homeplugs.
