Hello

i?m new in this forum but it?s really great.
I have a problem on a ECU from my Vito.
It is a 2002 112CDI, my problem is that is no 12V power on the camshaft Sensor. It doesn?t start. If i take 12V from other position on the Sensor the motor starts.
I have measured the wires there OK. The Pin on the ECU has ~5V not 12V.
Can somebody say witch part on the ECU is defect?
I think an diod or an amphlifier.
The Part Number is:
MB A611 153 02 91
Bosch 0 281 011 066
Q02 ED6031 CR1.7 2.2L 4ZYL MQ5 + MS3
FD 02M07
HW 33.98
SW 03.02

I have an hot air Soldering Station so i can replace SMD parts but i don?t have schematics about it

I hope someone knows what is defect.

Many Many Thanks

Andreas

just check the wiring once again if ok just feed the power supply from other source why you want to disturb ecu you may not get the new parts easily to replace

Hello

many Thanks for your reply.
I have checked the wiring 4 times, also the supply 12V to the ECU.
I feed the sensor with 12V than it works.
I think it is something in the ecu...

I hope you can held me.

Many Thanks

Andreas

Hello NASTASE,

many thanks for your help.
I have on D12 with ingnition on only 5V on the PIN and with connected camshaftsensor on the PIN 0V. The camshaftsensor is new.
Witch part switches the 12V to this PIN (D12)?

Many Thanks

sorry for misunderstanding I mean to buy from a local shop or to extract from some electronic device that component (L7812)or similar it's an good stabilizer for your problem you feed-it in first with 12 volts from one point were you have 12 volts after contact, the case you fix it on a good GND point ,and the third foot on the missing 12 volts at the cm shaft.7812 Datasheet pdf - Series Voltage Regulators - National Semiconductor (http://www.datasheetcatalog.com/datasheets_pdf/7/8/1/2/7812.shtml)
