VW T5 1.9 EDC16U1 not work well

i have problem with whis car.
When I turn the ignition- sometimes the lamp of candles of heat doesn't light up. and car not start.
need turn the ignition 5-15 times. whan the lamp of candles of heat light up and car start.
when car not start - i cant diagnose engine ECU.
in the other blocks i see errors: no communication with the motor.
i paid another ENgine ECU,flashed with BDM and car is go away. All ok, but i want repair OLD ECU.
i have another same ECU, also dont work(only processor) but all other integrated circuits work.
i know 100% - need to change the chip-but I do not know what specific. may be a bosch 30306..
may be Help me to determine CHIP?

i had that on a ibiza, i think it was a MOSfet i changed..cant remember, but even if you wanna fix it..you ll need another donor ECU, so why bother

I want to make one working unit out of two

I have same problem on T5 and resoldering BGA help for few weeks and after this time I send ECU to rebaling but after no work.
