citroen saxo m7.4.4 ecu problem

i have a citroen saxo and the car was parked up for 3 weeks and when the customer went to start it the battery was flat so he charged the battery but the immo light is blinking i have reprogrammed the keys but the light wont go out its a bosch 7.4.4 ecu with a 95080 eeprom which i am going to read in the morning, can anyone provide me with an immo off solution please any help would be much appreciated

your dump didnt work is there any wires that need to be cut the car just turns over but no start
