BMW 5 2009

I had a BMW 5 today, all went ok but I can not clear the errors with bmw scanner 2.02 and carsoft 6.5. No communication.
Is something changed? If yes what tool can diag this car.

Inpa. You have ecm from F series on car.

carsoft is not working with that chasis, bmw scaner should.. but?
anyway u need dcan for it ..
