W202 200 not accelerate

hi I have ECU from W202 c200 cdi year 1998.The car starts but can not accelerate more then 3000 rpm ,epc light off no errors.....
read cpu "68HC11kw1" with orage 5
ecu is : lucas A 022 545 56 32
any help pleaseeeeee

Set ECU to virgin and try to recode it with MB star diagnose.

check maf & boost pressure sensor

Check clutch switch,and scan with MB Star Diagnose.
After motor start,you must to depress one time the cluch pedal,and if the clutch switch is broken,you can not go over 3000 revs.
