give more info!Do you read the car,or only Ecu is in your hands,what is the car problem,do you compare eeprom data with original software form other car or place?Do you check electronic parts and PCB?

Yes, immo is in motorola 68hc11f1. If problem on car is immo you need to read motorola procesor.

Badawi ,27c is UV or OTP eeprom,data in it can be damage by low voltage or else,you can read it -so mast be fine,give some errors from the car ,if you dont have proper software i will post one for fiat/no fiatscan/,works with simple k-line adaptor or visa uniscan,you can read errors in the ECU ,even on the table.If you are shure that IMMO is of by factory you mast read DTC,to see what is the problem.Car can start form crakc sensor,or some short on relay-s...Can tell like this on blind.
