PROGRAMMING SCENIC KEYCARD WITH CLIP

I tried to programme a new keycard i got from dealer with my renault clip also dealer gave me a 8 digit pin code but when going through procedure it would nt accept pin code, do you have to input vin as well

please help appreciated

I think dealer forgot to give you the other 4 digits

i concur as its a 12 digit code and not an 8 digit

Sorry been eating tomany KFC - got confused - do a quick back search of Drakv's posts he mentioned about no need for out/incode on versiopn 115? of Clip (~~~~ing hard ward that is to use)
