Can I change the vin in a scrapyard Megane uch with avdi basic software?

I only got my avdi a couple of weeks ago, and the Renault menu is in French.

Hello,choose your good type of uch and go
"Lire VIN "(read VIN)like that you are sure check if it's ok and choose "ecrire VIN" (write VIN)

and job done
