So i go to do a 56 OPEL ASTRA tried to do it in line it did not read wrong miles come up so desolder the chip and read it in 8 pin soic socket then got the right miles so i back it up then programed new miles in to dash all ok put dash in car and (((esp off))) keeps coming up so batt off back on still on esp on. the dump that its programed on dash is corrupt so now i put the old back up dump back on say ok so back to car 2 put in dash not working then i had i look at the back up dump all

i put it up and down as some bsi you need to run 4.5 and then some at 3.v to read miles on bsi and dashs i run 4.5 on all reads by way just works for me am going to make a vid of all the chips and i got 3 or 4 dash's around

i use super eraser never had much problem, a few time had problem erasing astra chip, but not the end of the world. i never use the zif socket, just use soic clip attached to super eraser, all good.

i do believe that a discount should have been given to those who bought the A10 eraser, as i was told that it will later erase all 080 chips.

i believe that the A10 eraser was a waste of time, and i never got my monies worth.

I have done a lot of BMW without a problem. Works perfectly fine for me.

For Opel Astra, we don't have here but I read somewhere on the forum that Astra's work with Bridging. Test it out...

The super-eraser from Enigma has not failed me on 1 m35080 chip via Mini/Bmw yet? As we all know Opel/Vauxall needs to be done off board or if in circuit requires bridging. Before coming on here and bashing a product that you can obviously see by all veterans on here that works just fine contact Banny or Ed and find the proper procedure for doing this. It could also be that your Super-Eraser has HW issues, possibly it needs to be exchanged? Have you even contacted your supplier before coming on here to rant? With your 8 posts it seems your kinda new to this industry, do yourself a favor and ask for help instead of whining.
