Toyota Duet 2002 need help

Hi All, Need help for toyota duet 2002, lost synchronize between ECU and Immo. Got code P1601. car has 1000cc engine. with 4c key. I attached ecu and immo file. immo is 93lc66(93c66), ecu is 93c56.
ECU # 89560-97H29. sticker on the immo is lost dont know number of immo. Car is from Japan. Any help will be appreciated.

Is the immo. Light on or off did you jump 4 & 13 on the obd2 with the key on the "on" position for 30min.?

I have adjusted your Immo dump and I think it should work fine after you reload BUT if not then I have a matching pair of files I can upload that I am sure works.
Your Engine dump looks ok to me.
This problem sometimes happen what the battery is connected incorrectely for a split second.

Oh by the way bridging connectors will not work this is a Diahatsu system not Toyota.

normaly in 4c type key and immo no need of syenc between ecu and imoo . but if u need than remove fault code and than remove batt wires for 10 mint minimum and than conect batt wire angian enter key and leave at on postion dont tri to start than make jump between 4 and 13 no wire and wait 30 mint . its not don till the code p1601 is in side ecu history . so please follow instruction step by step just i write . its 100% will done.say thanks if car is star
if still not start than check CAN BUS . may be wires between ecu and imoo is demage

Vanos , I didnot tried your last 2 dumps, cause garage have locked until Monday . So i need to wait till Monday. Will write all original data back to ECU and Immo. try to follow instruction of Lashkar97 and aslo check canbus. SO thanks for all who helped to me. I'll report back what happened with car.
