Lexus RX 330/350

What version of the 4D chip do these use? I've tried TOY 4D-60 and 4D-68 with no luck (shows up as 4D-60 on my reader). I've programmed countless used remote heads to these but have been unable to figure out the chip to program for a non-remote master. Is it a TOY 4D-67? They indicate they are 4D-67 in my scanner when I read them.

Hopefully this is elementary, just need clarification.

Lexus need transponder id67 with pg.1 32,52 for master key and pg1. 92 for sub key.

04/08 (or 09) RX 330/350 Lexus. I've used '4D-68' chinese chips on ES 330s (shorter blade, can't use them on the RX) but never been successful using the chinese chips in the RX.

Will give the 4D-67 a shot
