Hello friends

you happened to try to remove the welding of an eeprom of 8 pins of an airbag unit circuit, there is no way to remove the Tin.

I have done many and micros motorolla etc.

Remove welding with station, hot air and without any problem.
Therefore well today has gone.

was a unit of airbag and the eeprom circuit there is no way to desolder. to the finao graphite from the eeprom has burned and not
has desolder
there is any product that does not happen more, avoid damaging the circuit and not burn the eeprom memory, and allows desolder.

thanks

hope answer

circuit came with a kind of enamel even so there is no way

thanks

help please

you can desolder it with hot air

you should have used acetone on it first, and rub it or lightly scratch it. afterwards desolder usind the smallest adapter for the hot air, directing the flow only at the pins.

Hi
thanks for responding.

Of acetone not what had done, that usually make either scratched before desolder to clean a little lacquer.

But I will try to use first acetone.

If air directly address it pins and when micros motorolla are what I do is the first direct hot air in the pins and also about the micro.

thank you very much for helping

temperature must be used with the station of hot air??

thanks

Thank you all for help.

But the damage to the circuit was done,
to burn the tracks of the circuit

I finally managed to remove the eeprom but the tracks are burned

There may be possibility to connect an eeprom again

airbag control box is:

If.

that do when leave the track.

but as they have broken several tracks, no longer is that track corresponds to each leg of the eeprom.

Therefore needed to see a clear picture with the eeprom removed the switchboard of airbag.

thank you
