Audi A2 dash immo

Hi got a car and the dash has been damaged then exchanged with vw garage not Audi?! and now they say they can't code it so now it has a new dash but needs coding to car and as the dash has been exchanged I carnt get anything from the old dash
I've got vagcom and checked

I've got a pin code from the odb but don't think it's right so i was asking does a new dash have a common pin code?

New dash has not have pin you must use old one.

if u dont have the old dash do u have the super vag? it can do it i already tried it with audi a2

Hi where is that EPROM? the customer is trying to get the old dash back and hopefully try and get pin from that
