Opel Vivaro 2.0CDTI y2010 ECU millage

Hello,
I have a question if there is a tool that can read and change millage in EDC 16 CP36 ecus (mounted in Opel Vivaro 2.0CDTI my2010) by OBD ? And is there any tool or millage calculator other then DP3 or Enigma that can change millage in Vivaro Dashboard with 93c76 inside ?

I guess opel edc km tool make the edc 16 mileage,and the dash u can make on the beanch with programator.
