the only thing you need to be sure of is you only use
the correct images for your model, as for what image
to flash everyone will have a different image as there
favorite or which is best, i have merlin3 on my box and
it's very good, the choice is yours mate test a few and
see which you think is best

sorry what i mean is sim201 ferrari 76a etc etc
how do i no which dm800 mine is

if you go menu - information - about -

you will see what image is currently on it.

the thing you need to note is the sim version (sim 2.01 or sim 210).........this should also show on startup on the tv screen and the lcd screen on the box.

flash a patched image for the correct sim and all good as the bootloader wil be included in the patched image generally
