when is dead sensor i see some factory fixed no need buy new one

I think on those factory refurbished there are no old parts left. Can't see reason why some Bosch air mass meters are exchange unless they are reusing old pipe or there is something valuable in it. All exchange ones are coming looking like new. No marks, no scratches.
