I have no idea on flashing my dm500.. So if you happen to know a guy who can help me restoring it to perfect condition please pm me!! Please include the service charge and the location of the shop.. Thanks!!

Flashing a dreambox is not a difficult task. It would be better to diy rather than relying on others. Take some time to read the sticky red thread to understand more.
