BDM100 & MPPS

Need a bit of advice here im looking to purchase a BDM100 & MPPS just wondering are these clones good enough for the job, The main reason i am asking is i dont buy clones but going through different posts on this forum they seem to be working for alot of you.
1. I would like to know if any of you have had any horror stories
2. If not where did you purchase them
3. Or any other additional advice welcome.
4. Is there any other tools better than these 2 for working on ECU,S like immo off, or flashing.

mpps v5 has counter inside so it vill block after some uses i dont know exacly abouth 20, so buy v12 vith no counter, a bit more money but long term investment
