mb star multiplexer error

Here comes the error message from the multiplexer. Can expert here tell me what causes this problem. I need help to fix. Is problem with multiplexer or with cables?

Initialization of diagnosis multiplexer failed. Possible causes;

1. The link between the diagnosis multiplexer and the diagnosis socket is interrupted.
2. The link between the diagnosis multiplexer and the diagnosis unit is interrupted.
3. The voltage supply at the diagnostic socket (circuit 30 and / or circuit 31) is faulty.

Note:
When using SD connect, check the connection status using the Toolkit.

Yes is possible...You have to measure voltage on board with relays.
