Hello,
2011 Camry, Smart key.
During key programming , something went wrong.
Now can't reset Smart key module with TIS.
Ignition is locked (wouldn't turn on).
Any body had this problem before ?
Would you know Smart key module location ?
Any input is greatly appreciated.

There 3 modules that get reset, how far did you get into reset mode? What kind of proxy are you using? New "g" uses proxy
Give more info.
Did you press the button or did you just plug-in and start to communicate with the ECU. If system is lock press the button 30times to unlock the ECU.

Do appreciate your responds .
I used Toyota TIS Program.
1.Smart key reset >
2.16 min. wait >
3. Key registration >
Had to just add another used key.
Now his key is not working.
Security light blinking.
Ignition would not turn on .
Smart key reset error !
The used proxy shows same FCC ID as his key. (AAB)
_______

How can be distinguished "G" type of transponder in Proxy ?
The FCC ID and mother board can be the same , but chip different ?

You are saying , that 3 modules need to be reset.
Is it : IMMO , Smart key and steering column ?

Did disconnect the battery, = did not work.
Will try 30 times ....

Do appreciate your input...

Bro, you need to remove 2 components from the car and read them. The first is the Certification ECU, usually behind the Glovebox and the Immo code id box, behind the A/C evaporator. Send me your VIN in pm and i can help locate these items pictorially
