Nissan Cab star 2007 - all keys lost.

I have here a Renault Maxity like Nissan Cab star 2007 with all keys lost.
Can somebody tell me how can I make a transponder for this? Or what solution is to start the car?

I read 93c66 from BCM 284B2 MB and 93c86 from ECU 23710 MA23B.

I don't know where keed the transponder data and which transponder is used for?

Off not exist for this type ECU, add keys or emulator.
