re read eprom dump it is corrupted

where is eeprom on this ecu i have read it with bdm100

there are samething wrong cannot do total immo

is it 95320 eprom???

i don't know i read it with bdm100
cannot see where is eeprom, on top side pcb of ecu is glued therfore i don't now if its 95640 or 95340
