Welcome to the forum.
Yes there are plenty of tutorials on here if you search.
The softmod is the first job and you can use LetterBomb (http://hackmii.com/2011/08/letterbomb/)
You must install all 3 steps shown.
1. Install Homebrew
2. Install BootMii on an IOS
3. Prepare SD card
Step two do a NAND backup (http://www.digital-kaos.co.uk/forums/f16/4-3-mod-157379/index19.html)
Step three install PriiLoader 0.7 (http://www.digital-kaos.co.uk/forums/downloads/wii/16/priiloader-v0-7-1603/) to block online and disc updates.
Step four read the USB Loader Tutorial (http://www.digital-kaos.co.uk/forums/f16/wii-usb-hd-loader-34586/) to decide which USB Loader you want to use, I recommend USB Loader GX (http://usbloadergx.koureio.net/downloads)
Step five to check if you have the correct IOS's installed run a sysCheck (http://www.digital-kaos.co.uk/forums/downloads/wii/16/syscheck-v2-1-0-beta-11-1918/) report.
Then you need to find a suitable mains powered external USB hard drive to store the games on. USB Compatibility List (http://www.wiihacks.com/recommended-faqs-guides-tutorials-only/36504-usb-compatibility-list.html)
